The Naugatuck, CT location is looking for a hardworking anddriven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our third shift.

Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift)
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
As 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor, the job is responsible for performing and supervising material handler in metals processing and distribution work.
Work includes specialized equipment operation and/or supporting functions in loading trucks.
Hours: Sunday through Thursday: 11:00pm to 7:30am schedule.
- Provides direct supervision and guidance to 3rd shift team.
Provides disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation. Assure compliance with company policies and regulations. - Assist with loading of trucks for material delivery
- Assure work order related documents are completed correctly and on time.
- Exercise sound judgment and leadership for quality decisions.
- Utilize effective judgment in notification of seriousmatters related to safety, personnel or operational emergencies.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to read, interpret and evaluate procedures and specifications.
- Highly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinking,troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethic.
Self-Motivated & Dependable. - Basic arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimalsand fractions required.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years’ Supervisory experience
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Forklift operations desirable & working in a warehouse environment

Salary: $49,000-$52,000/year
