Weld Line Helper
Pay/
Schedule:
$17/hr + great opportunity to OT + weekly payment every Friday. 07:00pm - 07:00am, weekends may be required depending on Workload.
We are seeking a Weld Line Helper to support production operations and maintain steady workflow on the assembly line. This role involves hands-on work with tools and machinery while ensuring safety and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with sanding, grinding, and welding operations
- Set up and operate grinder/sander equipment per specifications
- Perform measurements and basic quality checks
- Maintain safe and efficient production flow
- Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
- Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Must have experience with manual labor
- Must be trainable and follow instructions well
- Must be punctual with strong attendance Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Familiar with measuring tools (e.g., diameter checks)
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
