Mr. Handyman of The Woodlands is expanding into Grimes, Brazos and Washington counties and is looking to add an experienced service professional to the team. Here dyman, we take care of chasing leads, filling your schedule, provide you with a take home van and let you focus on what you do best – quality work for happy customers.

What You Get $25 per hour, or more depending upon experience.$40 per hour is achievable through weekly bonus program.

The Work You’ll handle small-to-medium home and light commercial repairs — jobs that take anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days. You’ll meet the customer, walk the job, do the work, document it, and collect payment. Our office handles the rest.

Every job is guaranteed for one year, so we hire people who take pride in doing it right the first time.

What We Need From You5+ years of paid handyman or skilled-trades experience

Strong skills in at least three of: carpentry, drywall, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, bathroom/kitchen repairs, flooring, or general home repair

Your own hand toolsA clean driving record and the ability to be insured on our vehicle

Able to pass a background check

Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, working at heights, and working overhead for extended periods

Comfortable using a smartphone or iPad to manage your dayWho Does Well Here You work well on your own. You talk to customers the way you’d want a contractor to talk to your mom — honest about what’s needed, clear about cost, no upselling junk. You take care of the van and the customer’s home like they’re your own. You don’t cut corners, and you don’t make excuses.

How We Measure Success Customer reviews — high satisfaction and a high review response rate Revenue per job — you find honest ways to be more useful to the customer while you’re there

Billing accuracy — invoices match the work, materials are sourced, payment is collected

Callbacks — we guarantee our work for a year; we want jobs done right the first time
