Electrician

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic electrician to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.

Remuneration

Permanent contract with an annual salary of £30,997, rising to £35,234 once key competencies within the role are met.

Hourly rate:
Starting at £16.99 per hour, rising to £19.31 per hour once key competencies are achieved.

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Conduct electrical maintenance in homes to ensure properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard.

Provide planning and office support to enable productive working days.

Requirements & Qualifications

Recognised Level 3 NVQ electrical qualification (certified 18th edition)
Inspection & testing qualification with experience
Valid CSCS/ECS card
Valid driving licence
