Dual Trade Operative – Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Dual Trade Operative to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.

The role is permanent with a starting salary of £35,234 per year. There are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions, allowing you to forge your perfect job.

Hourly rate:
Starting at £19.31 per hour.

Working hours:

35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑15:30.

Reporting to the area Team Leader, you will undertake skilled maintenance work within your designated trades and provide practical skilled expertise within your area of expertise, ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively and efficiently.

You will need a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in both plumbing and another skilled trade, along with relevant experience. You must also hold a valid CSCS card and a valid driving licence.
