Position: Dual Trade Operative (DMC) - Internal Only
Location: Briton Ferry

Dual Trade Operative – Permanent, Full-time (Internal Applicants Only)

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Dual Trade Operative to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.

The role is permanent with a starting salary of £33,024 to £35,234 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience). Hourly rate is £18.11 – £19.31 per hour. Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm.

About the role

Reporting to the area Team Leader, the Dual Trade Operative is responsible for undertaking skilled maintenance work within their designated trades, providing practical skilled expertise within their area of expertise and ensuring service demands are met in a timely, effective and efficient manner.

Criteria for the role

To be successful, you must have a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in both Bricklaying and Carpentry, or be willing to undertake a competency assessment in the secondary trade. You must also hold a valid CSCS card and a valid driving licence.
