Overview
Painter role based with local work on Tai Tarian properties and related assets. This is a permanent position with a salary of £33,024 per year. There are opportunities for career growth in technical and management directions.
Working hours:
35 hours per week, 8:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.
- Undertake repair and maintenance work to Tai Tarian properties and assets.
- Provide practical, skilled expertise in your trade to ensure properties and communities are maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure service demands are met in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Painting, plus relevant experience.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Valid Driving Licence.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will contribute to maintaining and improving properties as part of a values-led, community-focused organisation.
