Site Safety Lead to join our team.
Position Type: Full Time
Physical Demands: Sedentary
Travel Requirements: On-Site @ client facility
Essential Functions:- Manage safety professionals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Reasonable suspicion trainer for drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
- Assist or prepare site-specific safety plans, ERP, and rescue plans for sites.
- Review project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and site training needs.
- Assist site safety professionals and project management in establishing a safety program.
- Establish all incident management protocols before mobilization to the site location.
- Maintain weekly client communication to establish positive working relationships.
- Assist site team with regulatory compliance visits from OSHA or MSHA.
- Assist in the management of emergency response incidents for sites.
- 10+ years safety supervision and training experience
- Ability to travel when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
