What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design, develop, and execute clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports
  • Establish strong relationships and communication with stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
  • Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Offer mentorship in consultative and technical expertise to colleagues across the enterprise
  • Other duties as assigned or requested
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 5 years leading the design, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
  • At least 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
  • At least 3 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Public Health, or Economics
  • Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
  • Familiarity with developing analytic applications or dashboards (e.g., RShiny, Tableau)
  • Experience working with stakeholders to refine and prioritize analytic questions
