- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analytical staff on problem-solving and strategic frameworks
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the employer in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Public Health
- Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
- Familiarity with health plan operations and value-based care models
