* + Ensamblar e inspeccionar productos para garantizar altos estándares de calidad.

+ Mantener operaciones seguras y eficientes.

+ Monitor ear la producción y participar en iniciativas de mejora continua.

+ Seguir los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) y las normas de seguridad.

+ Completar la capacitación en el primer turno antes de pasar al segundo turno (si corresponde).

+ Capacidad física para levantar, empujar, jalar y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.

Our client, in Nebraska City, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector in Nebraska City, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting both the 1st and 2nd shift teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $23/hr - 2nd Shift $24/hr- 3rd shift

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble and inspect products to ensure high quality

+ Maintain safe and efficient operations

+ Monitor production and participate in continuous improvement

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines

+ Complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift (if applicable)

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

+ Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

+ Ability to read and write in English

** What's in it for me?*
* + Pay rate - 23/hr for 2nd shift 24 for 3rd Shift

+ 2nd shift - 3:30 pm - 2am Monday through Thursday 3rd shift 11:00pm- 7:30am Monday through Friday
