Overnight shifts available. The Access Control Officer maintains a safe environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling various locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Frequent interaction with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Perform access control duties.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Must participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• FA, CPR, and AED certifications required.
