Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures, including pumps, conveyors, motors, and other machinery.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and support production goals.

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in maintenance mechanics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledgeable of gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and seals.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to mechanical maintenance.
- Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Technology or related field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
