We are seeking an Accounting/Office Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will support our growing accounting/administrative division. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to operational excellence and employee support.
Responsibilities- Assist payroll with time entries for multiple office locations
- Create invoices for customer billings
- Work with inputting data into accounting software programs
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry and MS Office products
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
This position is working in a casual office environment from 8am-5pm. Pay is dependent on experience so please inquire about salary range by applying to this job posting. Must have a stable work history!
