Where You’ll Make an ImpactYou’ll support financial operations across multiple growing entities, helping ensure our operations stay strong and profitable.
You’ll:
- Process accounts payable and make sure vendors are paid accurately and on time
- Reconcile company credit cards and protect transaction integrity
- Track and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Complete credit applications and prequalification forms
- Register entities for local and state tax IDs and maintain compliance
- Keep financial documentation organized and accurate
- Support month-end close and reporting
- Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams

What You’ll Need- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. work authorization
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 1+ years of accounting, AP, or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Familiarity with Quick Books, Excel, or similar systems
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Willingness to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime
