Accounts Executive; AR

Location

West (Company transport @ Clementi MRT)

8:30AM – 5:30PM, Mon‑Fri

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month‑end closing activities
• Liaise with internal departments and customers on billing/payment matters
• Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounts receivable / accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Good understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
