Job Title

You will be in charge of entering, checking, and verifying accounting elements and ensuring administrative missions. Non-exhaustive list of missions related to the position:

• General accounting
• Entry and classification of invoices in compliance with internal rules
• Integration and control of supplier invoices
• Client invoicing / payment follow-up
• Invoice reconciliation
• Responding to various requests from suppliers, clients, and other business partners
• Management of transfers

Specific accounting for the company's activity

• CPAM invoicing of services by FSE

Auxiliary accounting

• Creation of client and supplier accounts and ensuring their lettering, verifying, processing, and recording invoices.
• Follow-up of client collections and supplier payments, handling delays, complaints, disputes, managing amicable and judicial litigation recovery files

Treasury and tax follow-up

• VAT declarations, other taxes and duties.

Position from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1:00 PM break.

Person with an interest and/or knowledge of the health and social sector.

Holder of a diploma of a Bac / CAP or a Bac+2 in accounting / management, you have a successful first experience in a similar position.

You are organized, rigorous, and your sense of confidentiality are necessary assets to succeed in this function. You have a mastery of Excel and accounting software.
