Accounting Specialist

• 2 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Net Suite or Coupa experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments, and deposits
• Reconcile bank accounts, inventory, expenses, and general ledger accounts
• Research and resolve account and invoice discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close
• Communicate with customers and vendors
• Monitor purchasing and expenses
• Maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist with process improvements and mentor team members
