Overview
This position is eligible to be performed in a hybrid remote arrangement. While project workloads may require more or less on a short-term basis, we estimate this position to be approximately 75 percent remote. More on-site time may be needed in the early stages.
CompensationThe compensation package includes hourly base pay, and an array of benefits, including participation in Royal’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Minimum starting pay is $23.00/hour.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe Project Administrator is responsible for supporting Project Management and Project Scheduling in various administrative duties surrounding a project. This position will have core duties as well as duties that vary based on workload and needs of the Project Management Office. He or she will be well organized, deadline driven and able to communicate project information to various project stakeholders.
- Develop a working understanding of the project portfolio.
- Support all projects phases from requirements analysis and initial planning to delivery, invoicing and contract close out.
- Create and maintain project files and project tracking records.
- Maintain project documentation, records and reports.
- Ability to identify project risk within project administrative duties.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Formal education:
High School Diploma. - Experience:
1-3 years in office administration or project administration setting. - Computer
Skills:
Must be able to proficiently use common office software systems.
