Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our physiotherapy clinic, a leading Women’s, Men’s & Children’s Physiotherapy Clinic in Singapore, located conveniently on Orchard Road.

This role combines client-facing service with administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth daily clinic experience.

We are looking for a full time receptionist, open to part-time applications as well.

• Greet and liaise with clients in person, via phone, and email
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, and follow-up appointments using Cliniko
• Provide administrative support to the clinic and practitioners
• Process payments and support clinic billing systems
• Maintain accurate client records
• Ensure the reception and clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support daily opening and closing procedures

• Previous reception or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using booking systems (Cliniko experience advantageous)
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm (1-hour break)
• Saturday: 8:45am – 1:00pm
