• Greet and assist walk-in patients and visitors
• Patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Respond to general phone and email enquiries
• Assist doctor with aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser, botox, fillers) and non-invasive treatments (e.g., RF, HIFU, facials)
• Handle billing processes and manage inventory
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Possess a CIDESCO diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare/clinic setting
• Computer-literate
