We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative, travel and personal support. This role requires strong diligence, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage documents, visas, permits and insurance matters
- Handle expense claims, reimbursements and documentation
- Coordinate flights, hotels, transport and travel schedules
- Oversee property matters (utilities, maintenance, contractors) across multiple locations
- Track bills, expenses and maintain records
- Liaise with vendors, agents and service providers
- Handle courier shipments, subscriptions and ad hoc tasks
- Support business-related admin and documentation
- Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with international travel arrangements and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial tracking
