Office Assistant
Location: Central City, NE
Pay: $/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Are you organized, professional and enjoy helping people? We're looking for an Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting administrative and invoicing functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys multitasking and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area
- Receive deliveries and notify staff of arrivals
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying and document organization
- Provide clerical support to management and accounting teams
- Help maintain organized office records and paperwork
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
- Enter customer invoices accurately and efficiently using Quick Books Enterprise
- Send completed invoices to customers
- Work closely with accounting staff to ensure records are current and accurate
- Assist with maintaining invoice documentation and files
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Quick Books is preferred but willingness to learn is welcomed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, receptionist, office support or accounting experience preferred
- Administrative or accounting coursework is a plus
- Friendly and welcoming with a professional demeanor
- Calm and composed when managing multiple priorities
- Proactive and organized
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
- No evenings or weekends
- Variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities
