Admin Assistant Hold Co
Assists with record keeping for Holding Company. Prepares reports for company management. Assists with payment of bills. Handles confidential matters.
Generates various monthly and quarterly reports for company management. Assists with record keeping for Holding Company. May attend management meetings and take minutes. Handles confidential and sensitive information. Assists with payment and allocation of bills. Assists with event planning which may require some travel. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Knowledge of basic accounting. Skill in communicating with management in a courteous and professional manner. Skill in multitasking. Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines. Ability to function as a team player.
High school graduate or equivalent. Previous 3-6 years banking experience. Previous experience with computer software.
Seeing: 75-100% Must be able to greet customers, read documents, use computer. Hearing: 75-100% Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers. Standing/Walking: 25-49% Must be able to visit customer. Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 25-49%. Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24%. Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100% Must be able to use computer, write. Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting most of the time and if walking and standing required, only occasionally.
