This classification level performs administrative and managerial work under the administrative direction of the presiding judge(s), in a county court with a total annual caseload of 3,500 and less than 7,000 (averaged over the last three years) or in the operation of two courts, county or district.

Starting Salary:$60,313.77 annually (Hiring Rate). Effective July 1st2026 Immediate Growth:
Earn a2.5% pay increase after successfully completing your probation period (if starting at Hiring Rate). Starting Rate Flexibility:
Higher starting pay may be considered based on education and experience, subject to final management approval.
Please Note:
Candidates approved to start above the Hiring Rate (at or above the Minimum Permanent rate) are not eligible for the
2.5% post-probation increase. Future Increases:
Annual cost-of-living adjustments (applied on July1) are subject to State Legislature approval.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in judicial, public, or business administration or a related field; and 3 years of progressively responsible experience in court administration or another business setting, including some supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
