Clinic Assistant (Full-Time)
We are a private cardiology practice with three specialist clinics located at Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena and Gleneagles Hospital. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Front desk reception and administrative duties
- Arrange hospital facility bookings for procedures
- Assist with clinic operations and patient coordination
- Rotate between our three clinic locations as part of the role
- Friendly and pleasant personality with a good service attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a hospital setting
- Relevant clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required
- Full-time
- 5.5-day work week (Office hours)
- Take turns to carry the clinic on-call phone after office hours according to the roster (shared among the team).
