We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals with deep expertise in Australian legal practice, particularly in litigation or corporate/transactional work. The role involves supporting advanced AI initiatives by compiling structured sets of publicly available legal and financial documents for internal evaluation and external demonstrations. The selected expert will apply real-world legal judgment to ensure all sourced materials are accurate, verifiable, and aligned with Australian regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and organise publicly available legal and financial documents following project guidelines
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity of compiled datasets
- Follow structured documentation processes and meet defined quality benchmarks
- Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, legitimate platforms
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and deliver work on time
Strong candidates may have experience in:
- Litigation or corporate/transactional legal work in Australia
- Prior professional work in one or more Australian states or territories:
- New South Wales
- Victoria
- Queensland
- Western Australia
- South Australia
- Australian Capital Territory
- Tasmania
- Northern Territory
- Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources
- Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs on short timelines
No prior AI experience required — domain judgment and legal expertise are the core qualifications.
