Location: Orchard
Looking 6-month contractor/intern for M&A / Strategy team based in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Support development of strategic frameworks and regional growth plans
- Conduct market and industry research (e.g., F&B, pharmaceutical, beauty, home care) and translate findings into clear insights
- Assist in screening potential M&A opportunities, including company profiling and basic strategic fit analysis
- Support simple financial analysis such as revenue build-ups, benchmarking, and comparable company research
- Prepare presentation materials and summaries for internal strategy discussions and senior stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation
- Contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle by consolidating data and preparing planning materials
- Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
