Business Planning Executive / RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE / MNC
Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve business results
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business targets
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
Plan and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
Prepare management reports and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making

- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
