As a Global Product Steward, you will oversee the technical supervision of Elanco's strategic products end-to-end, across all sites and throughout their entire lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining technical excellence and production process capability across the global network. Your mission is critical to ensuring compliance, improving quality, and securing continuous supply of our animal health products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product lifecycle-related technical aspects.
- Establish and maintain appropriate control strategies to prevent process deviations.
- Conduct product assessments and present portfolio reviews during technical steering committees.
- Lead global post-launch operational teams (G-PLOTs). Define project priorities and technical strategy in alignment with marketing and supply chain.
- Manage technology transfers of existing processes between internal sites and third parties.
- Support the installation of new products in partnership with R&D.
- Support Due Diligence evaluations as part of Elanco's growth strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory commitments (CMC) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Oversee technical documentation including portfolio reviews, annual quality reports (PQR), and briefing documents for health authorities.
- Support major investigations related to deviations or complaints in collaboration with TS/MS network directors.
- Support significant investigations related to deviations or complaints.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Advanced university degree in life sciences or engineering (pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, veterinary medicine).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical/chemical production, TS/MS, drug development, or Quality Assurance.
- Expertise in technical report writing and project management.
- Strong knowledge of applied statistics and global regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and French (desirable).

- Ph.D. or MBA degree.
- Fluency in additional foreign languages.
- Proven experience managing interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Deep understanding of standard pharmaceutical analytical testing.
- Ability to influence within a global matrix environment.
