Qualifications- Master's degree in engineering, economics/ business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, ideally with additional experience in industrial companies
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and open-minded approach
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in a Nordic language and English
