As a working student (f/m/d) in the SAP Global Revenue Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with Maintenance at Risk Sales support and assistance to the Global Process Executives for Adoption and Sales. This hands-on role will provide valuable experience in how we tackle Risks in Maintenance offerings and how we run Global Board calls for Sales and Adoption within a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Assist with Maintenance at Risk (MAR) activities specially execution of Partial Terminations (Pure, Cloud extension and On Premise extension)
- Support the internal teams with questions, documentation and errors related to MAR processes
- Contribute to error tracking and resolution for customer Block of Support issues and Block of Support exception table requests
- Support in maintaining data quality and governance for MAR-related records
- Provide administrative and process support in regards to Approval Matrices and Distribution lists in the backend systems
- Support the team across Global Field Excellence team in the area of Sales and Adoption by preparing business cadences including preparation of the decks, tracking follow up actions from the executive calls
- Provide administrative support to Global Process Executives, including scheduling meetings, setting up Microsoft Teams, and creating SharePoint pages
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance existing status quo
- Design and execute communications to key stakeholders
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects requested by the team
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Undergraduate majors in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Management, Sales or Marketing. CRM tool skills are a plus. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Master's, MBA, or PhD degree program that applies to the position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail-oriented mindset and vigilant when working with data and processes. Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn about MAR workflows and system operations. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and to explore potential issues. Interest in process improvement and operational excellence. General understanding and expertise in the Corporate business world is beneficial.
