The Business Management Service is responsible for the aftersales portfolio in technical service. The service offering includes digital services, contract models, spare parts, service services, as well as software and hardware upgrades for our customers in the graphic industry.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting sales in contract calculation, offer creation, and sales of recurring revenue/subscription models
  • Proactive monitoring, controlling, and reporting including regular coordination with local units
  • Advising customers and sales on product, process, and contract questions and conducting product trainings
  • Collecting and evaluating customer and stakeholder feedback to optimize processes and business models
  • Defining requirements and supporting the implementation of digital tools for contract, KPI, and performance management
  • Designing and optimizing end-to-end processes around recurring revenue/subscription models – from offer creation through contract management to billing
  • Conducting market, competition, and sales analyses to identify target groups, needs, and market potentials
  • Creating presentations, sales support documents, and training materials
  • Willingness to regularly travel internationally to support local units, customer visits, and trainings

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualification
  • First experiences in customer success management, account management, business management, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and consulting skills – also in an international environment
  • High customer orientation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, high process understanding, and independent working style
  • Secure handling of KPIs and routine in MS Office tools (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Very good German and English language skills (fluent)
