Order Administrator

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented order administrator for our client in Malmö. Here you are offered a broad role with many contact points and good opportunities to influence and develop both working methods and processes.

About the role

As an order administrator, you will work with varied administrative tasks related to orders, delivery, and customer service. You will be responsible for the entire order process from receiving and registration to follow-up and invoicing as well as coordination with the warehouse and logistics partners. The job combines operational responsibility in daily work with active participation in improvement and development projects.

Examples of duties:

  • Receiving, registering, and processing customer orders.
  • Communicating with customers regarding delivery status, order changes, and complaints.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and external logistics partners to ensure deliveries.
  • Invoice preparation and coordination with the finance department.
  • Participating in process improvements and routine development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has at least 2–3 years of experience in similar tasks within order administration, customer service, or logistics. You have a good understanding of order and delivery flows as well as experience with business systems; experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is desirable. It is a requirement that you express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with customs and freight issues is desirable.
