Responsable service communication - MULATIERE; LA

Job Title

The city of La Mulatière (6700 inhabitants) is looking for a communication service manager for a duration of 3 years following a request for availability.

Under the responsibility of the cabinet colleague, and in close relation with the Mayor and the elected officials, you will design and implement communication actions and events for the residents and associations of the Municipality. Within a team composed of 2 agents, you will develop the creation, the quality of the communication contents and the consistency of its forms. You will design and implement communication actions and events and propose supports to inform the residents and associations.

You will ensure the following missions:

• Contribute to the elaboration of the communication strategy of the municipality
• Organize communication actions and participate in the organization of events in the municipality (intercommunal shows, organization of parties, gatherings, etc.)
• Design, realize and manage communication tools such as the communal journal, the luminous panels or the electric display, the city's website, the invitation-photos-posters...
• Collect, analyze and process information to respond to the needs of the municipality
• Assist and advise the services and the elected officials in matters of communication (legislation, communication supports…)
• Collaborate in the administrative and financial management of the service
• Develop partnerships and relations with the press

- Communication studies
- Experience in the communication field required
- Possession of a B permit
- Availability on events in the evening or on weekends
- Good writing skills
- Sense of public service and relationship
- Rigor, seriousness and discretion
- Mastery of the computer tool
- Technical knowledge in the process of fabrication of written and digital supports
- Knowledge of content management tools Web (CMS, ECM,…), of the main software of treatment of images (Photoshop) and videos (montages)
