• Manage the business office, including accounting, billing, revenue cycle operations, and payroll
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and increase revenue
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, payers, and other external partners

• Experience in a business office or related field
