Reporting to the Director, Policy and Communications, as the Senior Communications Advisor, you’ll be providing a wide range of strategic communications products and services at all levels of the corporation. A sharp eye for detail and consistency when drafting and editing your work is required.
If you deliver excellent client service, are able to foster relationships across branches, and thrive in a busy environment with friendly folks, this is the opportunity for you!

- Post-secondary education in communications, journalism, public administration or other related field.
- Considerable experience developing and implementing speaking notes, communications strategies, communications plans, radio scripts, etc.
- Experience working with external stakeholders to plan and carry out communications plans
- Experience in social media and running Facebook advertising campaigns, for example, is an asset
- Experience in web communications development or design is an asset
Candidates who have education, training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.

- Ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to remain calm, shift priorities and produce effective results under tight timelines
