Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, and organizing activities to support academic, emotional, and social growth.
The role starts with a nine-day-on/three-day-off pattern, with a later transition to a placed houseparent within the same student home.
