Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus homes, supervise a group of 8-13 students, and provide care, guidance, and supervision to support their academic, emotional, and social growth.
You will manage daily routines, lead devotions, and coordinate activities, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially. Married for at least two years, both spouses must be 27 or older, and a valid U.S.
