About the Job

Bauer Infrastructure has an opening for a Concrete Foreman (Crew Leader) to oversee the daily activities of a flat work crew, including supervising a crew of operators, laborers, and finishers. The average crew size is 4-8 members. This position will be a working foreman position. This position will be responsible for safety, quality, production, and cost control.

This position will require a candidate that can work in the Lincoln and surrounding areas. Ideal candidate(s) are required to have:

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience supervising a crew.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• An attitude that is positive and be a role model for other crew members.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.
