- Possess the ability to Supervise the prep of a commercial job from acquisition of material; forms, rebar, keyway, poly to ensure it is properly ready to pour.
- Be knowledgeable in ADA standards
- Be knowledgeable in City of Omaha Standard Plates
- Experience prefered for Set-Up, Footing, Wall Superintendent: 2 years in a supervisory role (will train the right motivated individual), 5 years construction experience
- Knowledge with Trimble 3D grading system and/or able to layout using robotic total station is a Bonus
