Construction Laborer

Want a job where you can stay busy, work outdoors, and be part of a major construction project? We're hiring Construction Laborers to help prep sites for concrete crews on large commercial job sites.

• Shovel, rake, and level dirt for concrete prep
• Fill low spots and smooth out rough areas
• Help prep building pads and work areas
• Operate a remote trench roller/compactor (training provided)
• Work alongside equipment operators and labor crews
• Follow safety procedures and keep production moving

• 1+ year of construction or labor experience
• Experience with dirt work, landscaping, excavation, or ditch crews preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and on the ground all day
• Able to shovel, rake, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable and ready to work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ELKHORN, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
