Lovely Skin is searching for our next Customer Care Representative to join a friendly and welcoming team! Bring your passion for helping others, the beauty industry, and all-things skin care to Lovely Skin. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice of Lovely Skin, fielding real-time calls, emails and live chat from customers across the globe. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to gather a wide array of product knowledge in order to best serve our expansive customer base.

Your tips, recommendations, and insight can have a direct influence on every customer that you encounter!

A Day in the Life:

• Working in a fast-paced environment and being a committed team player
• Success troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues
• Continuously creating positive relationships with customers
• Investing fully in our customer's goals and needs
• Using our provided resources to best find solutions to customer's questions
• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat daily
• Assisting with any product specific questions
• Saturday is required

About you:

• 1-3 years of experience in a call center role or a customer sales & service position. Retail experience is a plus!
• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime, weekends, and flexibility required during peak seasons
• High-level phone skills while performing operational activities, such as inventory control, shipping, and return procedures
• Strong passion for all things Beauty and Skin Care, including staying on top of industry trends
• Bilingual is a plus but not a must
