Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Service Associate - Reservations Executive to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on handling reservations, providing prompt, courteous service, and maximizing occupancy while maintaining the hotel's credit policies.
You will be proficient with reservations systems, manage phone and email inquiries, upsell where possible, and work closely with the Reservations Manager on occupancy and rate changes. Minimum O Levels and 2 years' experience required.
