Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and crown preparations.
  • Perform expanded duties as permitted under California law
  • Take and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Prepare operatories and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with California dental regulations and infection control protocols.
Requirements
  • Current RDA license in the state of California.
  • Current certifications in CPR, coronal polishing, and radiation safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
  • Familiarity with advanced dental technologies and techniques.
