The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dentist to join our established and growing team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) we are committed to providing comprehensive, affordable and accessible healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay.

- Completion of a Dental Medicine degree from an accredited University
- Current and unrestricted New York State dental license to practice
- At least one (1) year of experience working as a staff Dentist
- Current DEA registration
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems (a plus)
- Deliver general dentistry, diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services to patients.
- Refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers for additional evaluation or support when necessary.
- Maintain thorough patient care records, including medications, allergies, data, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Oversee dental care quality standards through Quality Assurance and Peer Review Audits.
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.
- Address patient inquiries promptly and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues in a respectful manner.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and carry out other relevant duties as needed.

Salary Range: $154,000 - $164,000, depending on experience.
