Overview

Benevis is a national dental organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable care to underserved families. With over 2,000 employees across the country, we support a team that values teamwork, compassion, and patient focus.

Travel to community locations to deliver dental services as needed.

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of a team.
• Maintain the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Software:
  Denta Pro
• Digital x‑ray and Panorex units; fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Team: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.
• Office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
• Payment mix: state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payors.

• DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation‑accredited program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
• Other certifications as required (e.g., CPR, DEA).
• Nitrous oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide care to both children and adults.
• Willing and able to travel to the listed locations.

• Guaranteed daily rate of $900/day during ramp period or a percentage of collections.
