Job Description

Custom Cabinet Shop is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator/Drafter with measuring experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, likes variety, and excels at keeping multiple projects moving smoothly.

• Accurately measure job sites and translate field data into detailed cabinet drawings
• Prepare clear and accurate estimates for residential and commercial cabinetry projects
• Follow up with clients to gather missing details, confirm selections, and ensure accuracy before production
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and our production team to ensure alignment
• Help manage timelines, changes, and multiple jobs at once

• Reliable transportation (you’ll be out in the field regularly)
• Strong math and drafting skills
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and our team.
• Someone who’s driven, flexible, and not afraid to roll with shifting priorities
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your cool (or your tape measure)

• Experience with cabinet design software, Cabinet Vision experience, will earn you gold stars
• Background in construction, carpentry, or cabinetry
