This 93-bed hospital is well-known for high physician satisfaction and provider independence. With a base salary of $650K, a sign‑on of $150K, and nine weeks of PTO, this is a rare opportunity.

• Join a team of 3 Anesthesiologists and 6 fully independent CRNAs
• Mon‑Fri schedule, starting at 7am and ending at 5pm
• Providers are utilized as the day goes on; it is rare you spend the full day in the OR
• Case mix includes Ortho, OB, General Surgery, and Cardiac
• Base salary of $650,000, opportunity for incentive upside
• $150,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
