Physician – Family Medicine (no OB) – Valley City, ND

• Full‑time (1.0
  
  FTE), 36 patient contact hours per week
• Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m.–12:00p.m., 1:00p.m.–5:00p.m.
• Average clinic patients per day: 16–20
• Call coverage: limited to phone calls (nursing‑home questions and after‑hours lab callbacks)
• 1:4 rotation with other local providers
• Electronic medical record:
  Epic
• On‑site services: physical therapy, diabetes educator, weight‑loss (non‑surgical), pathology/lab, radiology/imaging, ultrasound, mammogram
• Contracted sports‑medicine coverage with Valley City Public Schools, plus general health and wellness services
• Outreach services: mental/behavioral health, podiatry, orthopedics, general surgery, OB/GYN
• Optional inpatient rounding at nearby CHI Mercy Hospital (within ½ mile)

• Provide patient‑centered care alongside a colleague physician and 2–3 nurse practitioners
• Lead and coordinate the Essentia care team using standard processes to achieve patient‑care objectives
• Maintain continuity of care for patients and families

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine (BC/BE)

$323,400. Eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based incentives.
